Fell off ladder... spike my elbow open saw bone....they left me sit there for over 1 hour... extreme pain...finally saw me after person mentioned issue...only to find out they couldn't help me....while 2 counter help were carrying on...2nd time trying urgent care...one with hubby and this....never again...they need to ask more questions while checking in. Could he bled out
Your personality at front counter is horrible these two gals are replaceable no other words can describe their inability to be pleasant helpful thoughtful no they are just non of these things !
Will not go back there. Unless you have the sniffles not much they provide
Took over 2 1/2 hours to get called in. Patients coming in after we’re called in before.
Although I hate to leave a bad review, I would feel badly if me not reviewing would cause someone else undue harm by seeking care from TGH Urgent Care in Apollo Beach. I would not recommend TGH Urgent Care in Apollo Beach. I have had asthma and extensive upper respiratory problems since I was 19. I have had double pneumonia twice, and numerous bouts with bronchitis and URIs over the years. If you want "textbook" CYA-type care, then by all means, go here. Front desk registrar was a complete fool ; was not truthful as well.

I went to get a blood test for pregnancy. They couldn't take blood because they couldn't find my veins. Moreover, my veins from the arm are sometimes difficult to find, I said to take blood from the hand, and they could not even take blood from the hand. I've never seen anyone who couldn't get blood on the hands until now. They tried two times but failed. Three people looked at it. Nobody took blood, and I did not understand what kind of nurses and doctors are.
This facility is very clean well organized and friendly front desk staff . Now as far as the nurse in charge or doctor assistance now thats a different topic . As a spanish person I felt very uncomfortable with the treatment given by jamey robson . . When it comes to treating patients or customers she has no patience and questions mean nothing because she has the title.
