My issue was addressed and a temporary remedy was offered.
I went to this urgent care on Sun 12/17/2023. I had acute bronchitis and getting worse so I wanted to get a chest X-ray to rule out pneumonia. I walked to to a full waiting room and asked if they do Chest X-rays and the lady at the front desk check in said yes, I said good I need one today. I had my mask on and proceeded to wait almost 2 hours before being seen as I nearly coughed up a lung waiting in the waiting room. The visit was very thorough and I was provided direction on how to deal with my jaw.
For someone that has complete numerous urinalysis for employment, I have never had to wait an hour. That’s unacceptable due to the fact upon arrival, many are ready to provide a specimen. To have to wait for an hour is beyond unprofessional. If the staffing is not available, this service should be by appointment only instead of offering as a walk-in service. That’s unprofessional and unorganized by management and on the company’s behalf.

Slow check-in more concerned about setting up web-based check-in. Did not receive call after otaining 72hrs referral.
I took my 4 year old daughter to this urgent care with really high hopes, after being there for three hours she was finally seen. It was suggested for her to get tested for strep, covid and flu they all came back negative. Physician assistant listened to her lungs but completely missed the fact that her right lung had a huge infection and I was told to go home and let body heal because all she had was a viral cold. Fell off ladder... spike my elbow open saw bone....they left me sit there for over 1 hour... extreme pain...finally saw me after person mentioned issue...only to find out they couldn't help me....while 2 counter help were carrying on...2nd time trying urgent care...one with hubby and this....never again...they need to ask more questions while checking in. Could he bled out
