Honestly the staff was nice but the wait times at your location are absolutely horrible! An urgent care is usually for someone who is sick and who wants to spend over 2 hours waiting to be seen when you feel awful. I was there twice in the last week and both times the wait was horrible. This last time I even did a check in ahead and waited over an hour and maybe 1-2 people even left the facility or got called back in that time frame. ****I WAS PRESCRIBED THE WRONG MEDICATION HERE***** I went to TGH fast track for pink eye and was prescribed ear drops instead of eye drops and directed to put 4 drops in my eye daily. On the first use my eye burned badly and I could not see. I was directed by the pharmacist to flush the eye for 20 minutes. When I notified TGH of their mistake they said sorry and filled the correct prescription. They did not offer to examine the eye and assured me I was fine. Came in with sore throat and and inquired about a rapid strep test. I was assured that that service was performed there. I waited over 2 hours to be seen only to be told after the provider performed her exam that they were out of rapid strep test and could not perform the test for me. Essentially they waited until they could charge me and my insurance company $200 for a visit that they were unable to do anything for me. It was over a 2.5 hour ordeal from when I came in with an appointment time, till they had me out. 2 and a half hours. With an appointment. I didn’t have anything even majorly wrong, just came in for meds helping with sinus congestion.

Came for a DOT Physical that took 5-1/2 hours. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a medical clinic. Awful!!

The treatment was 'okay' simply because the PA did not know how to treat the problem, so I was given 3 scripts, an antibiotic, a steroid and a nasal spray in the hopes one of them would help. None did. I was also given a referral to see an ENT, although I never received a follow-up call to schedule such a visit. Repeated attempts to reach the scheduling Dept. failed with no one answering calls and all voicemail boxes full. Terrible!

Well, the provider was not the greatest. He was okay but I really don't feel that he was taking care of my needs. I ended up having to go to the urgent care at baycare. That provider was able to fulfill my needs.

TGH Urgent Care's computer system told them my insurance was not active. I left to get the problem straightened out. A representative from my insurance company called several people including the billing department and the receptionist. My insurance was active and in-network. I returned to the Urgent care a few hours later. I had to wait to see a PA for over an hour. It was questionable whether I had pneumonia or not since there was No one there to operate the x-ray machine.
