Ear Ache became a major headache! I do not normally do any negative reviews. However, when you’re a retired firefighter/EMT and know you only need an antibiotic for Swimmers Ear infection, you would think it’s best to go see someone at your local urgent care center. This was not an Emergency, so to take up medical personnel time in an ER for a simple antibiotic prescription did not make sense. The practitioner was nice but everything else was awful, the appointment system isnt real and shouldnt be an option, the wait was from 11am to 4pm. I was dealing with an autoimmune flareup and just went for steroids. It wouldve been a faster wait in the emergency room which is saying a lot. Bring more staff on the schedule to give these workers some relief. Its not fair for them or the patients to have one practitioner doing all the work in the back.

Internet down so had to fill out all paperwork (understandable). Because the internet down, Rx's had to be hand written and takem to pharmacy. What was not understandable was the PA (Elizabeth Mulvery) who saw me told me to ask the pharmacy if any of the Rx's she had written would interfere with my current meds as she could not check. One of the Rx's she wrote does not exist in the dosage she wrote. Publix Pharmacy called to check on it, was not put through to her and was hoping for a call back so I left. People there did fine, but they said I would get a follow up call which I never got. I went back in and they couldn’t help me, so they gave me a number to call the place which was supposed to call me. I called them and never got call back. Medicine never worked. And I can’t get my primary to do anything because they don’t do anything with car accidents.

The wait time wa extremely long. I waited for over an hour. The lady at the desk said I could leave but to come bk in an hour & a half for my appt. I came back & it still was another long wait. I had injured my hand & the doctor said she couldn’t read the X-rays, that a radiologist would have to & she would call me.. but I saw where there was an email stating to sign in my account to get the results. I came in twice in one week only got worse. Told it was probably the Flu. Both ears are full of fluid. I had to ask for an antibiotic was not going to give me one. I have had a Fever for 5 straight days. One of the NP is rude. She seems to have a chip on her shoulder She is not very Healthcare friendly..
