Waiting time was too long. Over 2 hours for me to see a PA. I’m a senior and by the time I saw the provider, my systolic blood pressure went up to 180. And it was not pleasant experience. People came In 2 hours after me went in before me. I was pushed back at least by 6 people who supposedly reserved on line. The experience I had is opposite of Fast Track!

I had an injury from falling off a Segway, but the clinic really didn’t do anything for me except send me the hospital so it’s very difficult to read them with a five when they really didn’t do anything but say that I needed to go to the hospital which I appreciated, and I did.

The CMA was great. The PA was not. She was rude and acted as though she had better things to do.

Was told to make a fast track appointment so we did. We still waited over three hours. None of the staff from the front desk to the nurses in the back office were in a hurry. The waiting room was packed. Once we got into a room there were three nurses/ at least one physician assistant chatting behind the desk. We were in the room almost 20 minutes until I came out and asked if someone would be in as we had been waiting a total of 3 1/2 hours. There was just no urgency, it was like no one was motivated to do their job.

Waited 2 hours didn’t know you took appointments. Was there 3 hours total. You need more nurse practitioners at this location. The one was working her butt off to keep up.

The receptionist at the check in desk was very nice and understood , but the PA ( Ashley, not sure what her last name is) that seen me was NOT at all helpful. I went in because I was not sure if I had a UTI or what was wrong but my lower back my left side was hurting so bad and I was having spasms. She said I did not have a UTI and she was not comfortable doing anything else, and She did not do an x-ray on my side. She just listened to my heart and pushed really hard on my side and back. My experience working with this location was not that great. They did not diagnosis my sinusitis and bronchitis correctly. I tried to call into the patient customer service number to get help it did not work correctly. I would call it, be put on hold for 30 minutes then it would automatically disconnect. I did that three times with three disconnects. Because of the disconnects, I decided to go to the location to get help and they did not help me there either. Wasn’t very friendly didn’t listen due to they was closing! The front staff were great
