If I could give 0 stars I would. This is in regards to the Seminole, FL location. I would say the service isn't bad, but that's only because they can't wait to bill your insurance and get you in and out of there as quickly as possible. Considering how much you have to pay when you go to Urgent Care, even with insurance... You would think you would at least get some form of treatment. At the very least, information on the discharge papers regarding your treatment/symptoms/medications etc... I got none of that! With chronic ea... read more

Very under staffed with doctors. I have been waiting 2 hours and I made a reservation. Very disorganized office and understaffed with physicians. Very disappointed.
I’ve been there twice and will never return again. They have no staff so they just send anyone needing most treatments to St. Joseph south. Because of this it took me three hours to finally be seen at this facility before being sent to the hospital so that where I needed stitches, an X-ray and a sling. What should have been a simple visit turned into a nightmare!
