Diagnosed as as wax built up in my ear and she sent me home to tell me to irrigate it when they should have done it in the office that she did not see any infection went to the doctors 2 days later and there was infection so antibiotics and pain medication very unhappy with the service there

I had a bad sinus and needed a prescription. Doctor told me I needed wait 10 days. Just go to a drug store and get over counter sinus relief.

Went there with chest pain and shortness of breath. Didn’t even get a breathing therapy, checked for lung capacity, or anything else except for antibiotics. I could have stayed home for that. A person with a history of breathing problems should have been addressed in one of these manners. Since I have a history of asthma and lung cancer. They did give me a script for albuterol solution but failed to give me a mask or write out a script for a mask with it. Hole lot of help that was.

Had to drive from sun city to Ruskin for a test. Couldn’t get through the phone lines Arrived at Ruskin office. No one there n waited 20 minutes. A guy walked in after me n the girl at the desk was all friendly w him n ignored me. Not good. I was there for a drug screening and should have been taken back immediately
