I went in to have routine checkup and have a document signed off on so I could take a free-dive class. The Physician said I needed to have a chest xray, a full blood work up, a breathing test and an EKG. That seems like a lot just to take a free dive class. I didn't pass the electronic breathing test and the Physician did not sign off on my document.

Re: Gerald Ellsworth-They were nice but ineffective. Told us to go to ER. We chose to go home and monitor the situation. Went to post-op APRN Thursday and was told shoulder and rib pain was typical of Robotic surgery due to gas with colon surgery. We feel TGH Urgent care should have known this. They did call twice to ask about Jerry but gave me no way to return call except for a general number which took 2 -15 minute wait time calls in which we never reached anyone. I don’t usually write reviews or go out of my way to complain but here is my experience. This was my first time at this urgent care and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. Originally I was happy to hear we were getting a brand new urgent care in Apollo Beach but soon after my visit I concluded that this place was a joke. The receptionist was nice when I first arrived but very unprofessional as she took a personal call at the front desk cursing over the phone loud enough for everyone to hear. I brought in a form from work for them to fill out was a weird one but they as we’ll found it weird and hard to fill out wasn’t a bad trip just longer then expected

Triage Nurse is extremely rude, for example sharp tone and short responses. She sounds very systematic and unprofessional. Nurse practitioner refused to retest for COVID. On the second family member we are still waitig for results 5 days later!

With only one other car in the entire parking lot, one would think the wait would not be long. Twenty five minutes later I met by a very rude lady (named Anita, which I saw on her stethoscope) who did not introduce herself or tell me what she was going to do. Her only words to me were, “here, here”! After assessing my vitals she led me an exam room.
