We waited too long to bee seen and I was the only one in the waiting room. Then when they called me I wait nearly one hour to be attended.
Very friendly staff but this is the second time the drug test took almost two hours.
I had checked in early and it took almost 4 hours for my appointment. I was told an incorrect price for the tamiflu, it was double what the P.A. quoted it as. After realizing her error, she stated she would send it to the pharmacy ASAP as the pharmacy was closing in 15 minutes. She never sent over the rx to the pharmacy.

The staff was wonderful and I greatly appreciated the level of care and professionalism.
Took 2 hours for simple tests where I had an appointment. Got stuck twice to get blood with no luck. Had an EKG done and left me on the table for 15 minutes while the technician went to check to see if it printed. This whole process should have taken less than an hour.
The experiment with the physicians assistant was wonderful; she prescribed me the proper medications to get me on the right track to feeling better. I’m upset with the office staff!!! They did not forward my prescriptions to my pharmacy till the next day, instead of the evening I visited there. My husband kept checking with the pharmacy until they closed. I had to wait a whole day to start my medication!!! NOT OKAY!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
I was diagnosed with a common cold but never even stated I could have a sinus infection. So now I have a sinus infection and no antibiotics
2.5 hour wait unacceptable
