I came in with a cut in my hand from outdoor gardening sheers. There was no tetanus available for a shot and the PA never put in my prescription she said she was giving me. I had to call the next afternoon to have another dr put it in.

My prescription was not called in as indicated by the front desk. I even have them a specific Publix pharmacy to call it into. When I went to call the office to inquire about it, I could not get through. It was a text message system that ever gave me an option to speak to an agent.

Be very careful about being double charged at this TGH Urgent Care. My wife brought my son in for a high school sports physical...no problem. When it came time to pay, they said they had a card on file (mine), but still took my wife's different credit card and charged $40 to it. And what do you know, a week or two later, they charged the credit card on file another $40, for a total of $80. How many people are they doing this to? This certainly feels like a medical billing scam.

I love working there, but the nursing staff on my floor were very lazy. Not all, but the majority of the nurses only wanted to pass out medication. Patients would tell me they asked the nurses for coffee, a pillow, a blanket, etc.. and their response would be that he or she should ask their PCT. There were 2 PCTs on my floor most of the time, which meant we had 18 patients each. We were constantly running from room to room for vitals and to answer call lights when the nurses would be sitting at the nursing station laughi... read more

Staff and nurses were very friendly and helpful. The Dr was dismissive and seemed rushed. She did not give me a diagnosis to my throat pain and mucus cough but instead prescribed me a lidocane mouth wash that numbs my mouth but does nothing for the pain in my throat. When I smashed her how long I need to take the eye drops she prescribed for my eye infection she simply told me to read the discharge paperwork. All in all very poor “bedside manners”
