The doctor just prescribed me antibiotics because she didn’t know what else to do.
I was not feeling better for 4 days. Decided I needed to get something that would help.
The person who helped me was not clear. I did not understand what he was saying as he had a speech impediment. In the future you guys need a sign in the bathroom that says do not flush and do not wash hand for those taking a drug test. In my case it did not affect my position with the job but if it did, I would be very much angry. I am less angry about the situation but please, put up a sign!
Brought my daughter in for ear pain and wax removal. Nurse/doctor looked at her and said ear infection here is some drops. Used for 4 days then look in her ear major blockage of ear canal took to after hours and they said she does not have a ear infection she has a object engaged in her ear. So giving antibiotics to a child without having a ear infection :/
Everyone was very helpful I had a short wait was taken to doctor she listen to me and gave me a prescription and said I would feel better after taking 2 pills. She was right.
I was taken care of with very little wait. Doctor saw me and listened to what I had to say. And told me what was wrong and what medicine she would give me and after 2 doses I should start feeling better and she was right
The practice did what they could, ie vital signs, hct, glucose, and took a history, then referred us on to the ED dept of hospital. I was taken in there for observation
Had an appointment for 10am. Got here at 930 and filled out paperwork. It is now 12 and still haven’t been seen. What’s the point in having an appointment if walk ins come before appointments? Absolutely disgusted in service.
My experience was not as pleasant as I hoped. Front desk staff was very nice and so was the assistant who took my vitals. I reserved a appointment but still spend a total of 2 hours in office for the nurse practitioner to give me her diagnosis of “you have a angry ear and I’ll write you some meds”. There was no consultation or instructions given on how to relieve the pain and discomfort.
