After being on hold for 10 minutes, the receptionist cut me off when she tried to transfer me to the doctor! Although they had my contact information, no one even tried to call me back😳 Then when I tried calling back, I got put on hold AGAIN: after another 5 minutes on hold, I just hung up. I am not happy with your patient customer service 😩

was there 2 1/2 hours got up twice to ask when someone was going to see me. I was bit by something and had allergic reaction had swelling going up my arm. then someone with covid systems came in and they just let them sit with everyone else. guess they don't care if we get it or not. I will never go there again.

2 complaints. 1) I was told I could only take a rapid Covid test or the longer term test (not both). My sons pediatrician let’s my son take both. Why is this practice restricting that? 2) TGH did not have my records from my TGH PCP office. I was told that the systems talk to each other. That equates to more work for the patients at this facility when they are in an urgent situation. Makes no sense.

The place was over crowd they allow me to leave my number in when I return I was seen right away.

Tonya receptionist is really rude Should be training with customer service Eye contact and manners She is the front face not just for Fast Track but for TGH also.

My appointment was just to get a rapid covid test. I arrived on time, filled out paper work and was asked to wait in my car until I received a text telling me to come back in. I waited for 45 minutes without any communication from the office, at which point I went it and was immediately ushered back to be tested. The test obviously took about two minutes as usual, but waiting 45 minutes for that test is absurd especially given that I had scheduled an appointment.

Made apt on line ok. Arrived at office and two girls working the front desk were completely rude, short, and curt. Although PA that worked me up was excellent, thorough, and answered all my questions. I’ve tried calling office a couple time, haven been on hold each time 1 hour plus and finally just hung hung. I’ve been fevering for 5 days with only OTC medicine, as I can’t get a hold of office to prescribe me something stronger. Waiting in the dark for covid results.
