You need to train your staff. The nurse practitioner I had told me bronchitis is “viral”. Someone needs to educate her there is bacterial bronchitis and viral bronchitis and what the difference is and when you’re coughing up dark yellow mucus it’s bacterial. Shame on you for hiring an uneducated nurse practitioner. I will not be using this facility again. I will go to a real doctor.
Was misdiagnosed. Told to use an otc eyedrop ,which has a rebound effect and should not be used if you high blood pressure. Pain, redness, eye swelling and itch was so bad the next day I went to new urgent care in Fishhawk where I was properly diagnosed and prescribed medication. I will never go back to your office.
1 person ahead of me and waited 45 minutes. PA sent in prescription for something that doesn't require a script. My eyes are infected, I need something more than over the counter eye drops. INCOMPETENT. Stay away. I'll be going to the Urgent Care in Fishhawk next to Publix
Very disappointed about the the service I received on Saturday for my son , he leg got stuck in bicycle wheel and doctors even didn’t care to take X-rays instead she give some medicine then I find out my self my son leg got fractured on Monday and I informed and forced them to take X-rays. I never had like this experience before, I wish no can go situation like I do right now ,
I am Evan's father. I think that if there is the possibility of a patient having RSV, Asthma, Flu A, or Covid.. there should be a blood panel ordered to be completely sure and discard any possibilities. Another thing is that, IF a patient arrives first in the office, and he is given 8 different papers to fill out. Then like 5 other patients arrive 30 to 40 minutes later and they are xalled first... Made an appointment for 3:30. Left at 5:10. 2 people ahead of me. Nurse was great! Doctor was good, no results from culture sent away and it’s been 2 weeks. Medication did not work and had to get another antibiotic from my doctor. Not my best medical experience!!!
I had to return 5 times to the clinic. Medication was sent to two separate pharmacies and neither were the correct one. The telephone drops and you can’t ever reach them on the phone. Overall very unpleasant experience being that I was very sick while having to go to back and forth between the walk-in and pharmacy 5 times!
Did not see a doctor. Pain was not addressed
My condition wasn’t explained to me well nor was the home care. I was given a sling but it but it wasn’t fitted correctly. I just didn’t feel taken care of.
