I was treated and diagnosed with Covid. A RX was “faxed to Publix,” and a hard copy given to me. Unfortunately, Publix does not carry that alternative to Paxlivid medication so I called numerous Walgreens and CVS pharmacies. Unable to obtain it, I attempted to contact TGH Urgent Care and no one ever contacted me after leaving my info. Not good.
Issues: 1.. Failure to provide Discharge papers that details Visit overview, Findings, Discharge instructions & prescriptions..! None of this offered or presented in hardcopy - Electronic presentation only form is unacceptable - if not illegal...!!! 2.. Prescriptions sent to Pharmacy had them confused & unsure of what is needed/requested & caused me to have to make 6 calls back & forth w TGH Urgent Care & Walgreens - only to be told, "The Medical Staff member involved has gone home..." This is very poor patient support.... read more
On your website you say you take appointments but when you get there they say they don’t. We waited 1.5 hrs to be seen and that was with signing up for an appointment in the morning and checking in online before arrival.

My urgent care experience was great, efficient, and thorough!
Made appt for 11:15 took two hrs to get called in why even make the appointment.
I made a 9:15 appointment and didn’t get seen until 11:15. The staff was great and received my test results in about 15-20 minutes, which was what they told me. But the wait time was very disappointing, especially since I made an early appointment.
Wait time too long. 2 1/2 hours
3 1/2 hour wait. One nurse practitioner. Come on TGH let's get this right. No one should have to wait this long. I finally went to the room to be told they couldn't help me and they called an ambulance. All of this was unnecessary. I'm very disappointed with the service I received. Come on TGH let's hire more staff and get this fixed.
