LONG wait time even WITH an appointment. EKG Technician wanted me naked from waist up for EKG with door closed. NOT NECESSARY! I had on baggy Tshirt and sport bra with no wires or metal.

I made an appointment and still waited for an hour and 20 minutes. There was not any communication while I was left in a room for 55 minutes waiting on the Doctor. When the nurse practitioner came in I felt that the proper questions were not asked. I was told by the NP “I know what you have,” just by me stating I was a teacher. I felt this was presumptuous as I had a niece come for Thanksgiving with the flu and there weee no questions asked about my possible exposure. Took forever to call in the prescription after having to call the office/Walgreens 4 times 24 hours after the appointment. Whatever was finally called in was out of stock. Wish the PA would have provided another medication option or called different pharmacy. Instead I am left with a sick 2 year old, no medicine, and have to take back to another pediatrician anyway so it was a waste of time

Nurse practitioner did not examine me throughly and assumed I had sinusitis. Did not listen to my lungs not examined my ears. I had an ear infection.

Your front staff has to be the most rude and unprofessional staff I’ve ever encountered in a doctors office. I could understand one being rude, but neither of the two girls up front are not who you want representing your clinic. Apparently a simple greeting or any ounce of kindness or personality was too much to ask of both of them. Thank goodness the doctor was kind.

I waited for over 2 hours. It was recommended that I have an EKG done and the machine was broken. My blood pressure was taken and it was much different than when I took it minutes leaving. My anxiety issue wasn’t addressed. I will not return.

Lost debit card so was going to pay with check girl said they could not accept check explained debit card had been lost and I had an account at Tania General Hospital also my primary care was Nurse practitioner at TGH Medical group Valrico I left and when to two different stores where I wrote a check and got cash back to cover the 35.00 copay I would owe came back the girl again said they could not see me unless there was a card on file had to call daughter to have her give them her card information before they would see me ... read more

I made an appt for Lumsden location only for them to tell me when I got there that they could not do xrays (I had a fracture) but the dr could still see me. I needed xrays so I went to another tgh urgent location. I went to the lithia location. After confirming I had a fracture they told me that I need to see an orthopedic doctor only to tell me that my pcp should make the referral. After confirming with my insurance company that tgh urgent care could make the referral and what orthopedic dr would take my insurance plan…the... read more

I went to the walking clinic with my twelve year old son. My son was not feeling well, he was having a sore throat and stuffy nose. After been seen by the physician the diagnosis was a virus. I understand that Viruses can't be treat with antibiotics but if a patients has a sore throat stuffy nose the least that a physician can do is give a prescription like bromfed or etc, that will help with the syptoms not a over the over the counter medication.
