The right side of my throat, through my neck and right ear began to get sore on the evening of June 14,2023 . On June 15 I went to the Fishhawk clinic and was examined by one of your clinic physicians and diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection. I don't remember the Doctor name nor did I think to get a card . He said he would call in a script for antibiotics to the pharmacy ( the young lady at the desk knew the pharmacy ) . Good place! last Friday, I lTampa General Hospital
Well, we made an appointment, however we didn’t get in on time. Sat in room over 30 minutes to them be seen by a NP student. Umm ok. Went for an ankle injury yet had to walk all around. Was never offered assistance for walking. Then told we would be called in 2 hours with results of x-ray, although might be next day as it was already 6:00. And we were not given any instructions nor follow up info. Just released.
I made an appointment online for 12:15pm, filled out the forms found online and had them ready. Got there at 12pm, lady said they no longer take paper copies and had to re-do via online. Then waited for 1.5 hours to be called back then waited 1.15 hr in the room and another 20 min for test results. I left at 3pm. Not planning on returning here.

The wait is entirely too long. Even when pre checking in..had to do it again once there! For a different time slot. 2.3 hrs to see a DR for 4 mins is not good. Will not be back. There are other more convenient Urgent care clinics closer and half the wait time or less.
Long wait to be seen. I didn't feel PA-C who saw me was sympathetic or concerned about my illness. Didn't want to look at my information on Mychart for my current health concerns or medications/allergies. Seemed to be rushing through my exam. Prescribed the same medication that I had taken about 10 days before which didn't clear my symptoms. I was not satisfied with the care provided.
Poor customer service! Seemed uninterested in patient care!
