The entire staff was great but they didn’t do anything to help me- just gave me a brace and a CD that had nothing on it.

I was scene by Cody McMillan and I could not be more disappointed, she didn’t seem all that concerned with my concerns, when the nurse came in to perform a covid test on me he was asking me why as I had just did one and I said I told Cody that and when she was questioned outside of the room I could here her say because I said so, this is the second time we have had to see her and the other experience was worse, she put my wife on an antibiotic for a UTI and when it was wasn’t working after after a week my wife was told by Co... read more

I came to your clinic. I was told that if I was not better, To call back in and a script would be sent and that a note would be written on my chart to verify what I was told. The practitioner that was on when I called back in said that they uncomfortable to send a script. I would have to come back in and/or leave a message for the MD that saw me. I didn’t want to spend more money to come back in so I left a message. No one ever contacted me. So, I used a Tele Dr with no problem to give me medication for an upper respiratory... read more

Awful experience. Waited over 2.5 hours to be seen by a nurse practitioner for 30 seconds. He asked me what meds I was taking, which I had already told the girl who checked me in. He had to leave again for another 10 minutes to go check. I waited with no tissues in the room and was completely miserable because I was sick. He never apologized for making me wait. I was mad at myself for even going. Won’t happen again. Awful, awful, awful.

The nurse practitioner treated me for an ear infection. I don’t have an ear infection- I have Bells Palsy. Thankfully, I went to another Urgent Care who diagnosed me correctly!!!

If I could give zero stars I would!!! I was seen at the Fishhawk location. We waited 2-hours to see the nurse practitioner when there were only 3 people in the waiting room. When we finally got to see her, I explained in detail why I was there and that I needed a new prescription for my medication until I was able to follow up with my PCP in 2-weeks because she was out of the country. I even had my medical records to show her to support my request (she did not even bother to look at them). She said no problem and she would ... read more

I waited almost 3 hours to be seen. I did not feel well and sitting in a freezing cold waiting room for that long was miserable. I will not return to this urgent care center and have told my friends and family about my experience.
