The medical providers were very nice and very knowledgeable. I was treated well.
Seen as soon as I arrived at my appointment time. Front staff was polite and clear with their communications. The PA/ NP was awesome - explained the treatment plan and options very well. Check out was easy. Only negative aspect is why I had to fill out numerous forms that I've filled out just 3 weeks ago as a new patient at another TGH urgent care clinic. You have me in the system, you could me to verify address and contact info and then ask why I was there hat day. The personal and famiky medical history was redundant.
Fast. Great care. Wonderful staff. And beautiful office
Stopped in on Sunday because I had an animal bite that was infected. I had tried caring for it myself but it was getting worse. A little bit of a wait time but they got me in and took great care of me. Everyone highly professional and friendly. They diagnose the problem, cleaned and dressed the wounds and got me on antibiotics. Almost I’m mediate improvement. I wish I’d gone 24 hours earlier.
