Waiting time was long to long. The X rays was not working. Very clean . The staff where nice.
Each step took time, whose length was on the border of reasonable expectation ( very subjective I know. Could have put a timer on ). Staff was attentive. NP listened, which is hard to find. She was not at computer but face to face - loved it. She had a pleasant, serious manner, which I find grounds my experience immediately in the ‘I am in the right place’ mindset.
