I saw the PA and she did everything she could for me there and told me I should go to the ER to make sure I didn’t have a blood clot in my lungs. And so I did. I didn’t have a blood clot thank goodness
Even though the office was packed with patients and the wait was long , everyone was very professional. The office was clean and I received my status call at 9:00 pm. On a Friday night. Completely surprised. They are working overtime in this second wave of this COVID crisis. Great job to all those at the Fishhawk urgent care.
It was a positive experience from the receptionist, the nurse and the PA. They were very nice and we were thankful that we waited to be seen for about 45 minutes given the fact that I was feeling miserable. I was very impressed comparing it to my visit in the Riverview office.
Long wait but was to be expected, all Employees were very nice and helpful.
Everyone there was great! In such a stressful time, everyone was calm and comforting. Thank you to the workers at this place, you are truly hero's!!
