I had an appointment for 3:15, When I came to the office, I was greeted by a young lady who was quick and rude. She asked me for my insurance cards and credit card to put on record, I have 2 insurances and I had already contacted my primary insurance and I knew my secondary insurance would pay for the copayment. I asked why she needed to make a copy of my credit card, and in a nasty tone she said it was policy. Why make an appointment when it makes no difference. You come in and edit. Only one provider. Urgent care you are sick you don’t want to edit half a day.
Took us back promptly and figured out what was wrong
After sitting for over 4 hours in a wheel chair at TGH ER because of a back injury, I was told the wait would be s few more hours . I decided to leave and go to the TGH Urgent Care near my house. It was close to closing time but the PA ordered an x-ray, gave me a prescription and an order for a MRI if needed. I was glad I went there and only wished that I had gone there originally.
Pain management doesn’t listen to the patient. We know our bodies and when we say the pain is terrible please listen.
They did not try to problem solve my symptoms at all and sent me on my way. Felt like they were there to take my copay.
Urgent care facility with no Epi pen?? Why?
Worst doctor I have ever seen. Waited an hour had an appointment to only see her for 2 minutes.
