We went to TGH Urgent Care on 9/6 to get a CoVid test for travel, to Canada required within 72 hours of departure. The process to gather the samples went well. We were assured that the samples would go to LabCorp that night. We had no source of info to follow the samples. We contacted LabCorp today, 9/8, and they informed us that they received the samples today which makes it highly unlikely that the results will be available by 2:20 tomorrow afternoon. ABSOULTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT AN URGENT CARE FACILITY. EXTERMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, THREE HOUR WAIT AND NEGATIVE ATTITUDE AS WELL AS FILTHY OFFICE. I was physically assaulted, relcieved elderly abuse and injury from the PA as well as held against my will all because I declined to sign a piece of paper on my way out!! I have yet to have a return call in regards to this matter and will never use TGH for any reason and suggest seniors stay away from this establishment! I would like a upper management person to contact me SOON. But they have not
7 days prior to walking in the game changed. We now needed an appointment, the told us to sit 2 hours, finally got our PCR test for travelling, results followed 48 hours later, all worked out just fine
I walked in she said it would be a hour wait, I put down my name and contact # and went shopping until she called me. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Not diagnosed for my simtoms Very unhappy Still with pain
After diagnosing me with covid-19 and receiving instructions, the medicines that were supposed to be called in and the orders for the antibody infusion were never received by the drugstore or the infusion center. Had to contact my primary care doctor to have a telehealth conference to get the meds and orders.
All they did was collect my insurance. Absolutely nothing was done!
Arrive 20 minutes before scheduled appointment. Told I would have a 3 hour wait.
