Was told I had a sinus infection and inner eye infection. When in fact I had to take a ton of over the counter cold medicine. Why pay for dr and meds when I could have self medicated. But they just wanted to test for COVID to get the government money. I have been a patient of TGH for many years. I believe it’s time to find another dr. You guys are all about the money and have PA’s treating people. Get back to basics. TGH is taking over all the doctors offices and losing site of real customer care. If you get to see ... read more

Well your doctor does not have any kind of bedside manner of any kind didn't give me anything and I'm still sick oh I think she was worried about was covid that I told her that I did not have I get tested every week but regardless she tested me again and it came out negative but like I said I'm still sick you need to stop hiring Old School doctors that think they can just do one thing and that's

Provider, Dr. Stoneking left me feeling as though my being seen by a PCP soon after my visit. I was still in pain and the medications administered and prescribed, I was led to believe would alleviate my discomfort.

Went in at 2pm for my follow up visit. Left at 5pm. People who came in after me complaining about the wait was seem first. Once I complained about the wait time. I got called to the back . Only to sit another 1 1/2 before I actually saw the doctor for my results. More staff is needed and stop letting family and friends go ahead of everyone else that was there first

Walk in registed at from few minutes later they called me a nurse asked me few questions then a assistant Dr. came checked my eye told me what to do, and prescribe some medication and in few day After I fell very good and my eye is cured.

When I was called in she asked me my weight and height. After being discharged I noticed that all vitals were filled in however my temp, BP and SpO2 were never taken. In addition I was there for my left hip yet my radiology report states Right Hip X-Ray. Its very discouraging know fields were filled with false info and I'm not even sure if the X-Ray was taken of the correct hip. In addition the physician assistant was a little rude and seemed frustrated when I asked questions.

I brought my mom here to evaluate her foot to make sure she hadn’t broke more than a toe. So I wanted to fill this out to express my disappointment. The practitioner took off the buddy tape, saying needed to wrap differently. Then proceeded to anchor an ace wrap on the broken toe. When that was too painful, the used koban. There were 3 people ahead of me and it took 3 1/2 hours for me to get a chest x-ray & be told that no broken bones were seen. I left there with the same severe pain in my chest without anyone trying to diagnose the problem. I am still in severe pain and was finally able to get an appointment before May with a doctor I have never seen before. I pray he can figure it out and heal my pain. Staff was nice but accomplished nothing.
