Crowded with people, seriously under staffed, and only one doctor. Over three hour wait. People all over the room saying I will never come back here

Contacted your practice about a rapid CoVid test in order to run to NY. Got there and had to fill lot a ton of paperwork. Hen had wow wait and wait for my turn in a virtually empty office. Finally called in and had to go through triage then wait for Dr. who listened to my lungs and heart then ordered test. Swabs finally taken and was told to go wait in car for 15 minutes and they would call me back in. Half hour later no call yet so I went back in and was asked to wait in chair, waited half hour more then finally got ... read more

I came to your location on 1/27/21 for covid testing and advised of my asthmatic condition. Covid test came back negative and was advised it was a false negative. I advised of my uncontrollable cough from my asthma and asked for medication for relief based on my previous flare ups during this time of the year every year even before Covid existed. Was advised it was Covid and to continue to take my treatments. No regards to my asthma condition especially being that she said I had Covid. I went to ER 3 days later took a ex ra... read more

The signage/directions in the parking lot were non existent. I didn’t know I would need a covid test. I got a phone message that I couldn’t understand so I called and left a message...no one called me back . Being an above average bear, I was able to figure out that the test was needed. I drove to the site because it was near. There was no signage but I drove around and found it. The nurse(.?)came to my car ask if I was having surgery. When I said “no” she said I didn’t need the test. I ask her to check and she came bac... read more

The receptionist and nurse was very nice and get 5 stars but my overall experience was not so good. I emotionally walked out feeling worsted than I came in and my anxiety immediately kicked in. The doctor was not as friendly as I’m use to and her answers to questions was very blunt. When asked questions about COVID-19, I was told that I would be given literature but no literature was given. I’ve always been treated in the past where although there is literature, the provided still answer my questions during the visit.

The front desk staff and triage nurses were all great. What made my visit unpleasant was Dr. Carrie Stoneking providing a lecture where patient education was needed. Instead of providing helpful information and informing me of treatment plans she went on a personal spiel that would have been fitting for a family member or child of hers. Very unprofessional.

The doctor i had C. Stoneking acted like she didn't want to be. She ordered xray for me and after 25 minutes waiting and no one coming in, I had to search for someone. Was told girl didn't know how to work machine. Told me I had to go to other urgent care office. With traffic took me 30 minutes to get there. Then they had no idea why I was there. Another 30 minute wait. Total shit show. I will not use your facility if that doctor is there again. Love other doctors I have had there.

“Fast Track Urgent Care” is an ironic name because they are neither “Fast”, nor Urgent” and seem not to “Care”. I was visiting from California, scratched my eye retina and did have an appointment. As a walk-in, It took them over one hour to treat me because I did not have and appointment. What is the point of having and urgent care clinic when you have to make an appointment to get treated quickly?
