Doctor Carol Stoneking was very disinterested in taking care of Avery- stated she just had a cold and I had to take her in the next day to her ENT, Dr Paul Mitchell, and was diagnosed with bilateral acute middle ear infections She was more concerned with arguing and chastising me for not having my POA paperwork on hand even though a copy was in her file and her mother (Father deployed and mom active duty military unable to take child in) had spoken both to the front desk and the doctor herself
The provider didn’t do anything. The next day I woke up with the same symptoms and had to go to the ER. At the ER they gave me a steroid injection which the swelling went down within 4 hours. They figured out the problem which was that I was having an allergic reaction to my high blood pressure medicine. It was a waste of time going to this urgent care.
The doctor failed to send one of my scripts to the pharmacy so I had to go the next day back to urgent care to get a paper script so that I could get my medication.
I made an appointment for 5:30pm for a COVID screening - I was 10 minutes early, but after 30 minutes, I checked back at the front desk and they said I was next - I checked 3 more times and waited 95 minutes for an appointment. Then when I finally went back, the nurse, God bless her, was tired (understandable) but argues when I asked for the rapid test. My 2 year old woke up with a fever crying that her ear hurt. We went straight to fast track urgent care and waited for no more than 10 minutes before being seen by the doctor. Best urgent care experience ever.
Took 3 hours to get back with only one doctor that was very ignorant and rude!
I had an appointment to get a Covid test at 11:30am. I kept checking in at the desk because I was not getting called. Finally at 2:00pm I was called back. This was absolutely ridiculous!!! I was trying to quarantine from my grandkids and as not able to because we were late picking them up from school. I made an appointment for that reason and my time was not valued. They were very rude and didn't care that I had an appointment.
I’ve been waiting over a week for a doctor to contact me with my lab results.
COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE To get any representative to answer the phone. Yesterday I called and sat on hold for 2 HOURS no one answered. I drove to facility and put my name down, waited 2 HOURS in the waiting room as well! I was seen and prescribed an antibiotic. After 20 mins admitting antibiotic, I had a severe allergic reaction. I tried calling the office immediately and sat on hold for 1hour before hanging up. Here we are a day later.. I called the office at 8am (soon as they open) and I’m currently on hold for 40 mins still... read more
