We had made appointments to receive a Covid 19 test at 1:30 and 2 pm two days prior to the appointment time. I had had a similar test back in February and expected it to be similar. It was totally different. Rather than simply driving my car to the side of the building, we had to go inside and wait for almost 2 hours to finally get swabbed. Only issue is making a appointment then having to wait close to 3hours to be tested. Makes appointment unnecessary step to getting treated.

I had to wait 2 1/2 hrs for a fast track COVID test. My pcp told me to go to you for the test & he and I would have a telemed session & he would e script an order for a chest X-ray.

I was not told by my dr I had to have a covid test, but one was scheduled. The lady administering the shots called me, told me I was scheduled, and I was able to get my shot

Understaffed (doctors) 3 hour wait for covid test.

We have been waiting 2 1/2 hours to be seen at the urgent clinic. They don’t even bother to tell you the approximate wait time when you check in. We will never come in this place again!
