The receptionist and nurse were kind and carrying. I waited 45 min. to be seen by the nurse practitioner. She saw me for approximately 3 minutes and didn’t take her time to examine my lungs, ears and nose, despite the fact that I was showing symptoms of a severe cold with persistent cough. I could see that she was in a hurry and when I shared with her which COVID test I preferred, she expressed “ I don’t have the time to argue with you”, even though I wasn’t argumentative. After 40 minutes to fill out the questionnaire, a nurse took my vitals and the Doctor immediately checked me out and gave me two tests, which after 15 - 20 minutes came back negative, so she took another swab of my throat and prescribed some meds, which took immediate effect. The next morning no sore throat. We are still awaiting a reading from the Lab as to what virus I might have had. Most efficient Doctor, I never would have received such quick response from my PCP.

Said I had heatstroke told me if your pee turns brown go to ER got covid tested didn’t test me for anything else. Went to another doctors office tested positive for strep

If I can break down the score it would be 5/5 for the front desk and 5/5 for the nurse. It would be 1/5 for Dr. stoneking. I came into the urgent care because my baby was having fevers of 102, cranky and not being her normal self. The doctor came in and was very rough with my baby. She pinned her down while my daughter screamed. I tried to help and offered to hold my daughter so she could look in her ears. Two hours in the building when I SCHEDULED the covid test??? The Dr. Cannot make a decision on what test to proceed with? Why so long of a wait for a SIMPLE SCHEDULED covid test? Is anyone going to care about the Lunch I missed and the hour Of PTO I had to use up because of this incompetence?

Had a covid test on a Sunday, didn’t hear anything for 3 days. Had to call several times with several wait times of 30 minutes to reach someone. Urgent care had an incorrect phone number on my profile even though I’ve been there a few times. Very frustrating.

Definitely an assembly line AND not a patient care office. Both TGH & Fast Track are NOT a Place anyone needs to go to for their healthcare!!! TGH: Five days now- STILL waiting for a call back from Directors (or someone above providers). Provider Took TWO days for Rx’s to Get to Pharmacy!!! Among many other issues! FAST TRACK: what a joke- ! After Multiple calls to get Rx called in, requesting to speak to supervisor to expedite - Staff were rude , Argumentative, hung up on me, will transfer you to someone else, lies, won... read more

Arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment, had paper work filled out, but still had to wait an hour to be called to a room. Then spent an hour waiting in the room. Didnt get to see a Dr. just a physicians assistant. I was very sick, turned out it was covid, and the only med he prescribed was for nausea. Ended up finding another Dr. the next day, who prescribed more helpful medication.
