I just want to share my thoughts,for 10 years I have had a wound,finally had a chance to have it closed through surgery,when they took me for the surgery it wasn't all I wanted,the wound wasn't closed yet,they would admit me to the hospital and close the wound in 5 days I got so frustrated and upset I lashed out I just left the hospital ama not realizing until I was gone I totally fucked up now I still have a wound and at home instead of being looking forward to the surgery now j just don't know what will happen

I fell and had significant pain in my right foot. The receptionist was great and pleasant. We had to wait a bit before I went back but I expected that. After the nurse went over the reason for the visit she left and I sat in the room for a long time. I did go for an X-ray and waited a long time again before the doctor came back to let me know it was a sprain and not broken. I was in the center for a little over 2 1/2 hours. I scheduled an appointment which required me to wait 2 hours before coming to the center. I arrived 10 minutes early and was not seen for an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment time.

When they schedule your appointment they MUST TELL YOU to go the an labeled/unmarked trailer out back. We waited 15 minutes out front because we were told to stay in our car “ they will come out to you” NOT TRUE.

I waited 15 minutes after seeing the pa to get my paper. But i never got any paper work. That is the first time that happened

I had to make an appointment in order to get a Covid test due to symptoms I was having after traveling out of state. I was on time and had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time! Why bother making an appointment?

The Doctor misdiagnosed me on Sunday and I was hospitalized on Wednesday partly due to this misdiagnosis. She was rude to my spouse for doing what was right. Had she properly diagnosed me and given me antibiotics I would not have been hospitalized.

Came to get an evaluation of left-sided rib pain. X-ray was negative, I believe. Pain has since subsided 90%.
