A claim was submitted to my insurance company but I was never seen left with EMS from my car.. very disappointing!!
I went in this office bcs i had a teammate positive with covid and bcs i was sick as a dog with upper respiratory or sinus infection… NP only tested me for covid even though it could have been many other things such as the flu… I asked for a steroid shot but the provider refused even though I felt like death. I was there for a nose infection on 4/22, concerned about MRSA, the PA did a swab of my nose to send to the lab and as of this day 4/27 never received the results and mychart has no records that she has sent the sample.
I was not informed of how much my visit would cost until after my visit took place and I received a text message. My visit was charged as an emergency when it was not. It should have been charged as an office visit.
Why give a appointment when you are treated as a walk in? 1 1/2 wait with a appointment that your office picked!!
I went to the office last Friday 04/07/23. 10 minutes before closing, I apologized for going late, because I knew they closed at 8:00 pm, the ladies at the front desk were so rude, they didn’t want to provide me any services , (I had been there before, never had an issue) she threw my ID and my insurance card to the other lady, I was in shock, I tried to explain what happened with my back, it’s the first time I go to the urgent care for a muscular pain, and she started making sounds, rolled her eyes, it was awful and I feel... read more
I was waiting in the waiting room for over an hr and sick before I got called back. And them the physician didn’t give me any meds for my sickness
If we could give zero stars we would. Worst experience at a hospital/urgent care ever! Especially the fact that you had a 10 year old waiting for almost 8 hours! The left hand didn’t know what the right was doing. Never even saw an actual doctor…: went in for a broken finger and left with tape we could’ve done at home only to be told to contact an orthopedic surgeon. No MRI to see if tendons were torn.
