Most invasive & painful PCR test I’ve ever experienced (even from the same place but different technician). The technician threatened that if he didn’t insert the swab far enough the lab wouldn’t process it. I had to make him stop with the swab after multiple attempts. Left feeling abused, defeated and worried that my test wouldn’t go through. It did though, with a negative result.
I realize time is short in the clinic, but how will anyone know if someone is having an issue that may necessitate different med? Takes less than a minute to take a manual BP.
Said they wouldn't touch the wound and referred me to an ER.

I felt ignored when I have my symptoms and the doctor on call for the ER that morning acted as if my coming in that day was an annoyance. My paperwork shows I came in for a headache that is not WHY I came in. I came in due to a number of things a raging headache was but one. I'm very disappointed that I didn't receive the care that I've received in the past. Smooth! Office personal and staff .
They wait was very long, but the exam was very short and I do not feel I received the care needed. For I left with no answer of what I really had going on, and I now have severe bleeding and discharge that has a bad odor and fever is back.
I brought my sick elderly mother to see the doctor today at 7:50pm. The three girls upfront taisha, rosemarie and vanessa gave me and my mother a mask. They took my mother's license and then proceeded to tell us that my mother could not be seen at 8:01 0m and showed us a sign that says cannot see patients past 8:00 pm. There was 2 other people in the waiting room already checked in and they said they saw that we came in well before 8 and that its not right what they dis making us wait 10 min just to tell us she cannot be see... read more
