I came to you feeling very sick. I saw the PA who was great at explaining why I felt that way and quick delineated a great my plan which began with a treatment right there in the office. He was excellent as was the rest of the staff.
I was satisfied, there was no long wair. I was in and out in no time. The nurse practitioner was thorough and very attentive.
Excellent couldn't ask for a nicer staff.
PA was fantastic as was the xray tech.
I got to TGH Urgent Care on lumsden about 6:50pm. Ther approximately 3 people waiting and I think 1-2 after me. The lady at the front desk was on the phone with friends she looked at me and said yeah what do you want, I told her I’d like to see a provider for my lower back, I’m in pain . The people before me were called back between 7:15-7:30. Great I’ll be seen next . Worst ever. Waited for an hour outside because DR never showed, received bad diagnosis from a nurse, and had to fight to get them to bill insurance company. 5 phone calls and they have access to my portal which lists my insurance. INEMPT all the way around. Never going back!
I had an appointment and sat in the waiting room for over an hour over my appointment time just for a drug screening for my new employer. Shouldn't have to wait for over an hour especially if you have an appointment.
Your front desk people were aweful. One lady was sick. Blowing her nose couching then handed out papers to sign. Neither lady was vey friendly. They were not at all pleased to be at work. They both need some better training for your clients. The nurse and PA I saw was awesome
I don't understand why you make appointments if they don't mean anything.
