I made an appointment online for 8:30. I arrived at the office at 8:15 and waited about 25 minutes just to check in. Only 1 rep checking in and doing paperwork for all patients. I had completed my checkin online and did not have to complete additional forms. Took about 20 more minutes to be called into the exam room. Waited about 30 MORE minutes for the APRN to see me. Her exam took 8 minutes TOPS. She left and came back 10 minutes later with paperwork and prescriptions, care directions and info. My entire visit lasted 1:45... read more

Typical 3-hr wait. Dr. did not seem to take my needs seriously. I have been instructed by specialists to have all possible infections treated immediately, as I have very low immunity and other underlying problems. Prescribed only a cough suppressant, I now feel that I have a sinus infection. Previous visit I had similar concerns and was prescribed antibiotics, which were effective.

Terrible app. Horrible ! Notice of my appointment needed while in waiting room came next day (after appointment). Much better service in ER than in clinic.

First of all I went on line and logged in. I get to the office and checked in. I waited 4 and half hours just to get to see a nurse. There is only one nurse working at this location. There is only one Doctor Assistant working at this location. They were very good and so was the front staff. But there needs to be a real doctor there and more than one nurse. The waiting area was packed it was awful. This was not the first time I have ever been there but it will be my last.

They do not clearly explain the attention to be given when one arrives at the reception. They only know how to charge. You have to sign, almost obligatory, the paper they give you, because otherwise they don't give you anything. They only take care of the lawsuits they may have due to malpractice. As in all medical places in Florida and the United States.

I made an appointment for 9am… had me sitting in the waiting for almost and hour with kids running around so I removed myself to my car for another hour wait… I tested at home positive for Covid ( told them right away and was wearing a mask), I finally get brought back to be given antiviral meds and sent on my way… no Covid test to make sure , no exam, nothing… looked at my results from visit online and they reported “ test given - positive “. I wish I could put zero. My boyfriend and I came in for a X-ray due to his finger being slammed in a door and we’re told it was a hour wait. 3 hours later constantly getting skipped and told random times. He’s sitting in agony pain with no communication nor clue when he’ll be seen. Poor poor urgent care
