Appointment was @8:45am and I did not get to see anyone until after 11:30am.
You had 2 provides working I was there for 4 hours. A little much don’t you think!!! Just to get my arm cuts cleaned and wrapped.
Came in to get an X-ray. Chose your location because you advertised you had X-ray service available. Wrote that I had a two week old possible broken finger on my intake paperwork. Told the very friendly receptionist, when she asked, I was there to get an X-ray. Waited patiently for 2 hours in the lobby with nice wife and son. Unless I missed where there is a description on how Fast Track appointments work, I was very misled that the appointment was made for a reason instead of being a walk-in. I normally plan for some cushion for clinics/doctor’s office to be behind, but I was an hour late for work and didn’t get into my appointment time until 1.5hrs after. My grandson came to you for strep throat. You called in an antibiotic for him and he was feeling better than a day or two. A couple of days later I came down with the same symptoms I'm his grandfather. I called in advance and told you what I thought I had. I get there and you test me for strep throat, covid-19 and the flu. Surprise I had none of that. Waited 2. 5 hours to be seen. Reservation time 430. Seen at 630. Then told no x-ray technician. Unable to do anything for me. I really don't think I should be charged for the lack of service received. I was there due to fall and foot pain.
Long wait time (understandable) but no real follow-up scheduled or meds prescribed to help with symptoms. NP was polite, but concerning since he had to consult with others providers and no “stat follow-up Neuro exam” scheduled until mid-January with unknown left face numbness/paralysis. Meds called in by primary.
I understand that this is an Urgent Care facility however don’t understand how having an appointment still had me in the waiting area for over an hour past my appointment time. Then once I finally got called to go to an exam room total time waiting and seen by the PA was 15 minutes.
We sought service on 11/25 just after 8 am stating the need for X-rays. We were taken back and seen by the PA to the. Be told the X-ray machine at that location was broken and we would need to drive to another location for X-rays. We were told that we would know the results that day. By 8 pm that evening, we had finally heard from the PA after we had called at 5 pm for inquiry. She relayed that they had not received the results yet but looks like the bone is fractured.
