After knowing, for weeks, that I had a Cardiac implant, they canceled my MRI appointment after I had already arrived for it. Their reason was that they needed to have a Cardiologist on hand for the procedure. You don’t wait until the person is there for the procedure to cancel it. I’m now told that the earliest I can make another appointment is the week AFTER I see the Doctor who needs to review it. Since they knew at the outset (WEEKS AGO) that I had a Cardiac Implant, that should have never been scheduled for that location... read more
Did not enjoy the two hour wait
When I tried to return a week ago for pneumonia and an ear infection, I was told they would have to have a credit card on file as I had removed the one previously. I told them I did not want one on file because there’s times I use different credit cards for the payment. They said I had to give them one so I gave them a credit card. She ran it and said it was declined and I said what are you doing? Trying to run a payment I am on Florida Blue replacement and I’m a liver transplant patient. She told me unless a card was on fil... read more
First, the visit took over 3 hours, this clinic either needs more staffing, or better management practices. One recommendation is since I came in with respiratory flu/covid related symptoms maybe do the culture swabbing when vitals are taken, not after the long wait for the doctor. I spent 45min waiting for the nurse to take the sample and provide the results. I’m now on day 5 of having respiratory issues and the Urgent care only provided scripts for a cough med, nasal and mouth spray that are over the counter. The doctor st... read more
The wait time before and after entering through the door is simply unacceptable. I was there 4 hours total and when I came in there were 3 people ahead of me. The staff is great and I could see them working. So there is obviously a flow problem or staffing one. Four hours is way too long for an urgent care visit.
I told the nurse practitioner, Heather Lovesey, that I was having a hard time catching my breath since I got sick. She told me I needed to go to the ER. I told her no I didn't. There was no reason for me to go to the ER. She offered a covid test. I told her I didn't have covid. I had covid before. I know what covid is. She offered to send a script for steroid to help me get better. She never did. I called the office to let them know. I never received the Rx. She called in 2 cough medicines and told me not to take them toget... read more
Was there for a little over an hour to be told they did not have a xray tech so I had to go to another clinic to have xray, then dr called and said I needed to go to a hand specialist and they would call me with the appt, that was Monday and 4 days later have not heard from anyone regarding my broken finger and what I should do..
Feel like the doctor, didn’t do much to figure out my problem.
I arrived at 3:00pm. signed in etc. I was told there were 10 waiting ahead of me. I WAITED>>>>>WAITED>>>>>WAITED>>>>>> finally at 6:45pm I was called in. Left at 7:15pm. Was treated well.
