A 4.5 hour wait, because they had only one service provider (doctor). They brought another one in and that who I saw, but it was a revolving door of patients in for so many different things like drug testing, physicals etc... Very inefficient operation.
had a bladder infection found out it was bacterial not a yeast infection. Using new medications to try to correct. has been going on for 10 days.
Honestly a waste of time. I made my appointment online because I could not get a hold of the office don’t bother making an appointment here because you’re still going to have about five walkins head of you. They will not tell you if you haven’t checked in so you could wait a whole hour and realize you haven’t checked it. They have horrible communication and customer service in the lobby. We had an appt time for 10:30 am. Apparently there is no such thing as an appointment time. We waited over 3 hours to be seen. At the appointment the nurse practitioner (we never even saw a doctor) gave us a prescription. The was a problem with the prescription so it was sent back to the urgent care office. The office never answered the pharmacy so we have yet to receive the prescription. I will never use urgent care again. Total waste of time and money!

The person who did my Flu and Covid need much more training. Very poor method of swabbing. Someone really need to teach him how to do each swab. The Pt is coming to the urgent care to get helped. The receptionist was so unpleasant or not welcoming at all. The medical team kee forgetting what she was going to say… I promised myself I will never go there again. Prescriptions were never called in. Called same day during business hours to get an update and literally could not reach anyone on the phone except your 3rd party billing company. Customer service line leaves you on hold for 5 minutes then disconnects automatically. I have went to the same urgent care two times in the past week. I have a terrible cough, difficulty swallowing, swollen tonsils, and an earache, and I cannot get any medicine. You have been warned. If you don’t test positive for Covid, the flu, or strep than I guess your better off just living with your sickness because they won’t perscribe you anything. GIANT waste of time and money and now I have to go to the hospital. Thanks urgent care. If I could put zero starts I would.
I had an appointment and still waited about 2 hours in waiting room. Before ever being called back. Your nurse practitioner was sweet and courteous, seemingly doing the best she could. Looks like too many patients and not enough help. Seems like it is all about the money you make and not the patients. Spent about 5 hours there for so called virus I am now antibiotics for from my personal doctor.
