Fast Track Urgent Care Center is committed to delivering after hours care in a comfortable, clinic setting. Unlike an emergency clinic or an emergency room, our office is focused on the patient experience in addition to the immediate care that is needed. While we see the lacerations, cuts, colds, sinus infections, strep throats, and broken bones that can get in the way of everyday living, we do so in an environment designed around the patient. Front desk girl was amazing! Her energy was awesome. However just terrible only 1 nurse and 1 PA on staff. Waited 4 hours and was rushed out of there with really no diagnosis. Do better for your staff and hire more people to run an urgent care. It’s ridiculous to overwork your employees like this.
Front desk specialists were very nice. The XRay technician was very snide and borderline condescending.
Your best bet is to check in online through your app, it will make the registration a lot faster and help out the front desk. They took me back pretty fast, I mean fast enough. I was patient 3. The do not have a nurse or Dr on site. Its a Xray tech taking vitals & a PA-C who saw me after. I told the tech I needed to use the washroom, if I should hold on til she gave me a cup. She said she didn't need my urine. I asked if she was sure, she said yes. I then asked if they are looking for dehydration how will they determ... read more
Arrived at 9:00 am waited 21/2 hours. Only 1 provider that day. Was with the Dr. 5 minutes.
I was in the Urgent Care on Lumsden for 5-6 hours to get antibiotics and cough-pearls for a cold that wouldn't let up and was probably a sinus infection. There was only one PA practitioner. I know things happen, but that was a long time to wait, and many others would have lost patience.
The worst experience ever. I scheduled appointment for 830am, I arrived at 815am. They had to send a link to your phone to check in which didn’t work and they tried to send it 3 times before I just requested they give me the hard copy. Inefficient! After 3 hours, they call me to finally start my process and even take me to the back. I already knew my hand was broken and I understand they have to triage patients but there was no sense of urgency in the staff at all. I didn’t even get to see a doctor, after all that waiting, I... read more
Waiting too long, more than 3 hours for physician 15 minutes exams.
Waited 6 hours in an understaffed facility. Finally was able to see the doctor, she saw my discomfort and told me I could leave and she would call me in 20 minutes with my results and any prescriptions I needed. I did not get a call. I chose to call them 30 minutes before the pharmacy closed in hopes of getting a hold of someone. Call center told me that I'd get a back in 24 to 48 hours. Which was no help. I went through another night of punishment. Doctor calls me in the morning and we did not touch base on one of the issu... read more
