I've been to the Gandy location several times and each time have felt that my concerns/questions were answered professionally. The staff has always been friendly.

Everyone was fantastic from the moment I walked in. Kind, friendly, knowledgeable. The doctor who saw me was simply amazing. The nurse and tech for x-ray also completely understanding of my situation. The following up calls regarding my visit were prompt. My only concern was to have to give my debit card information. Don't like that it's in the computer secured or not.

The waiting area had few people and I was seen within 15 minutes after filling out the necessary paperwork. I've been here before and the staff has always been professional, efficient, knowledgeable, understanding, and answered all of questions/concerns.

Only one person before me. The doctor explained my cause and treatment plan clearly and my medicine was sent directly to my pharmacy

Went into TGH Fast Track clinic on Gandy for suspected UTI. Doctor advised initial “dip stick” test of urine was negative, but the sample would be sent to lab for further testing. Subsequently, received phone call from office with no message but a return phone number. Returned call on several occasions (was disconnected on one call, 87 minute wait time on another). Not good...paid $65.00 and took a Urine test, not sure why? All of this for the Dr. to say you need to see a Stomach Doctor. I thought it was terrible. A Urine test for what? I feel it was of no value to go there, and waited 45 mins to an hour, G-- knows what will be sent to the insurance? Thank you anyway, I am sure help others.

The wait time was short. The staff was very friendly. I felt that the doctors knew what to do I had a lot of ear wax in my ears and they knew what to do in order to get me hearing much better. Job well done. Thanks very much.

The check-in process was terrible. The front desk person seemed to be new but great customer service, there were two other women who were there as well. One of them, heavy-set with dreadlocks was directing everyone else. Her tone and attitude with the representative who was checking patients in was short and deeming, in front is customers. I was spoken to in the same tone. I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that she was busy. Then I asked fir the number she told yo just call them and ask for her. I had a very little wait time. The staff was very helpful and they really knew how to take care of my ear wax problem. I was in and out in no time. I am one happy camper. Job well done. Keep up the outstanding work. I can hear again,.
