I was not happy with the communication. My wife & I were going on a 2 week trip to Europe and in addition to our Coronavirus vaccine we needed a “negative PCR test within 72 hrs from departure. We called and were told that “oh yes, we can have results in 1-2 days”, so we made an appointment for 3 days before we were to leave. I have no complaints about the visit, however I am extremely irritated about their phone system and inability to talk with someone. I tried to returned a missed call to find out my test results and was on hold for over 30 minutes twice. I also tried to call the day of my visit with the same results. That is totally unacceptable!

What’s the sense in having an appointment if you have to wait 2.5 hours for it? My appointment was at 4:15, I didn’t get called in until almost 6:30. If you’re running behind notify the patients with a text. Is that too much to ask? Additionally the receptionist at the front is extremely rude and not nice to anyone. The heavier set lady she was rude to me and the lady who walked in behind me for no reason.

I took him in because his ears were hurting him and his throat was hurting and the person he saw said his throat wasn’t red and his ears look fine. Next day I took him to an ENT specialist only to find out his throat was red and then he had a severe sinus infection.

Totally smashed my finger with weights at the gym. Boned fractured in many places and almost cut the finger off. Erika did an amazing job stitching it back together and was very thoughtful and professional. A real pro. The hand Dr. was impressed with the procedures performed. It was not a easy job! TY!!!

I would give zero stars if possible. I just called to see if this urgent care provided antibody testing to which the lady responded yes. I asked about pricing, which I think is a pretty valid question to ask concerning this service, she responded condescendingly "no I do not handle billing", and when I asked if I could be connected with someone who could she said "no" and hung up on me. WTF. Asshole that hates their own life is all I have to say.

Fast response after waiting longer than necessary due missed calls to me from the staff. Maybe had the wrong number?

Ended up developing Covid with Pneumonia 2 days after my visit . I was asking help from your office for a treatment of Remdesivir, but was talked out of it. Now I’m fighting to breath.
