I realize these are crazy covid times, but WHY did I get an appointment when walk-ins can still go ahead of me? I sat for an hour and a half( with covid in your waiting room!) until they brought me to be tested.

Horrible experience. Had a 10:30 am COVID test scheduled for my daughter and waited in the car for 2 hours before we got the call to come in. Tonya at the front desk is EXTREMELY RUDE. We had 2 different PA's who were awful. The PA who administered the Covid test was rough and had zero patience with my 7 yr old. The only pleasant person was the actual doctor. If you have the option to go somewhere else, DO IT!!

Horrible patient service and COVID procedures. Was told to wait in car with no estimated wait time, came back in office after 1 hr no call, was told they tried calling me 2x, I had no missed calls but worst point is the desk staff were clearly more concerned about shifting blame to patient over helping patient. While there witnessed same poor treatment of other patients, treated like cattle. Would not recommend it return.

3.5 hour wait time, covid test was done by standing in a parking lot. My results were not faxed or sent to my PCM until I called again 3 days later.

A 2 hr wait for someone who has an appointment is pretty ridiculous. I understand you have to take walk ins, but if the wait is just as long with or without an appointment, what's the point of making an appointment?

After 2.5 hours of waiting, I left unseen! This place is a joke, nothing urgent about this place. I would NOT recommend them if you need to be seen “urgently”!

Why is a reservation or a confirmed appointment NOT an appointment??? This is like a bait and switch. I was told that I could make an appointment on line and I did…then I waited 2 1/2 hrs…if I was informed correctly I would have gone first thing in the am. The Doctor was good and I got my results. The receptionist was NOT appropriate…snarky.

Rude workers, not helpful, Very short tempered, did not treat customers with respect, especially at front desk. No respect to elders or any desire to help others. Bad management. Had an appointment and didn’t get seen till 2 hours after the appointment was made. Don’t make appointments if you are short staffed. Learn to be nice and not waste people’s time and money.

I’m only giving a two star because the cleanliness was good. 1 star for the customer service and 1 star for my 2 hour wait just for a drug test. The front desk lady is rude off the bat so you can tell she hates her job since she takes it out on patients that come in. She was rude to me and I watched her be nasty to about 5 other people that came in for help.
