Staff were very efficient and quickly worked up the issue.
It was so disorganized that I waited 2 hours after a scheduled appointment to get a simple nasal swab for Covid testing. Then, to get tested, I had to see three different people. Skip the hassle and go to CVS.
Felt super unsafe in terms of being separated from people and spaced out. Came for a covid test just to show a negative for something and felt like I was exposing myself to covid just being there. Will not be coming back during the pandemic.
Staff was great!!!. But the wait to get seen and the really long wait to check out was a real problem.
I can’t begin to say how appalled I am at the handling of lab culture report and getting it to Dr. I’ve had infection for 6 days wo meds!
Every time I go to Urgent Care the associates have been caring and professional. I recommend Urgent Care to other people.
The receptionist that checked me in was extremely rude, not just to me, but multiple people that checked in. Most people come to urgent care because they are in pain. The last thing I want to have when I was in extreme pain (broke my foot and couldn't walk) is to be greeted by a rude person when checking in. I couldnt walk at all, friend checked me in, she kept rudely telling my friend that i had check myself in, but i couldnt walk. i broke my foot and needed assistance. They were not professional they didn't help me. Waste of my time and money.
Excellent experience with all doctor, tech, nurse, front desk. As said before I don't like the idea that I had to give my debit card information to be stored in the computer. Don't understand why it can't be inputted in on a temporary basis.
