First of all your name is a misnomer. My experience was not fast when having made an appointment for 10 AM and waiting for over an hour to be seen. Your waiting room is a petri dish of covid patients with me, a non covid customer. There was six foot separation here but no sanitation of the chairs with over capacity seating. I came in with to problems and was given bad advice on both of these item. I had pain and swelling in my arm from a intravenous needle that was place in my hand for surgery. Two days later my arm swollen. I went to Fast Track Urgent Care first the nurse practitioner had said to put a ice pack on it, which was totally wrong when I went to get a ultrasound from a referral at my hematology clinic. Front dest service were excellent super friendly, and helpful The problem was they send antibiotics to my son for ear infection and he doesn’t have an ear infection!

We had an appointment for a COVID-19 test at 6:30. We arrived at 6:20. And the patient that was scheduled for 615 arrive closer to 630. They took this patient in before us. Also another patient without an appointment walked in and they took this person before us. Finally I went up and asked and they had mistakenly forgotten about us. There was no apology given

Tested For COVID at the same time as my mother and still don’t have my results. This is day 5 of waiting for my results. Hopefully will get them soon

PA should have stitched my wound in my hand instead of using "glue." Bleeding as soon as I got home. Used band aids and surgical tape to stop the bleeding.

I was overcharged for my visit due to a "mistake" made by the receptionist and when I tried to get it corrected, RAY the supervisor said they don't fix their staff's mistakes and that I just was not understanding how mistakes happen and that they would not refund anything although it was not my fault.

I had to go there for a urine drug screen. I waited for an hour and a half. All i needed to do was pee in a cup and leave. I have been to multiple other facilities to do this in the past also without appointments and i was able to get in and out within 15 minutes.
