HealthcareUrgent CareWalk-in Clinics

Fast Track Urgent Care Center is committed to delivering after hours care in a comfortable, clinic setting. Unlike an emergency clinic or an emergency room, our office is focused on the patient experience in addition to the immediate care that is needed. While we see the lacerations, cuts, colds, sinus infections, strep throats, and broken bones that can get in the way of everyday living, we do so in an environment designed around the patient. By pairing the walk-in convenience of the ER with a friendly staff, we have create... read more

Had a 2:15 PM appointment for a COVID test (PCR, not Rapid). Took almost 2 hrs to be seen, and it literally took 3 minutes to swab my nose. What is the point of having an appointment if you have to wait for two hours?

Waited nearly two hours to confirm my own diagnosis and get a prescription. Almost 30 minutes of paperwork. It should be a little more efficient.

my daughter was seen there and the provider said everything looked good and it was a virus even though she was in so much pain complaining about her ears, had a temp of 103.4 and was lethargic. The next day I brought her to the pediatrician who said her ears were bulging and they had no idea how this could have been missed! I was very disappointed, so I called and after expressing my concerns, the woman hung up on me. Then I sent an email and never heard back.

Took care of me right away. Forearm accident and badly taped by me, I went there and they pointless removed my Wrap. Antibiotic cream and Non adhesive wrapping. Followed up. Great job on both visits. Cooper

While I felt I received good care by the nurse and physician, The front office staff seemed unhelpful. The music playing was very loud. That coupled with masks made it very difficult to hear the staff. I asked if they could turn it down and was told by the front office staff that she didn't know how. She didn't bother to try to find out either. I asked the nurse and as told they "couldn't get in to the room that controlled the music bc it was locked" That seemed to me to be ridiculous. Call someone and fix the problem. I am ... read more

I wish this urgent care office could be my PCP. Honestly, I've tried 3 different PCPs since moving to FL 3 yrs ago and have been underwhelmed by all 3 to put it mildly. I feel as though we have 3 &1/2 mins to present my condition & meds - always interrupted - and unable to discuss anything before being dispensed with post haste. No time for questions. At TGH Urgent Care on Dale Mabry I had complete opposite experience. I was there for 2 actual "urgent" conditions and doctor was great. I felt cared for as a patient and n... read more

I went there for a minor issue and had a work up done. I was told to notify them if the symptoms didn’t resolve. I gave it 8-9 days to see if the symptoms would resolve and they didn’t. When I sent a message that I needed an antibiotic for the symptoms I was told I would have to return for another visit which meant paying twice. There was no worsening or change in my symptoms and they still wanted me to return. From a customer standpoint it gives the impression that this is a money making place. If I had new symptoms or wors... read more
