Went in on 3/5/2020 to the south tampa location, Jesus was great , Eva, genesis , Dr. Rolon and Mark were Cool too. Big thanks to Jesus for being an amazing MA during my visit and doing his job very professionally!

I walked in and four people walked in after and they were all seeing before me. They didn’t have an appointment like me. The triage employee said it was his fault as he pick up the wrong paperwork four time(one time is ok but four time). I wasn’t the only one complaining that day.

I told the doctor that I thought my 16-year-old daughter had a UTI. He disagreed with me and said it was a yeast infection and that he had just run a test that was neg for UTI. Three days later I got a call from the office saying she did in fact have a UTI and they were calling in antibiotics. I told the staff that the doctor told me he ran a test at the office and it was negative and staff said there is no year for immediate results for UTI. Okay I waited well over an hour coughing the whole time. I sat outside due to my cough. It was so bad and I didn’t want to spread germs. I spent 10 seconds with a doctor who didn’t seem to really care. Probably because she was busy. I’m still sick and coughing and haven’t heard from anyone from the clinic since I left. I used to.

Everything when Great, Only Problem was with the prescription order. It was sent to walgreens when I went to pickup they did not have request, I went back to your location and advised them they resent, Walgreens had the second time. so a Mis-Communication somewhere. Why mention because this was the Second time this had happened.

With hand 2 swollen bites like on hand did not give antibiotics said don't know what caused swelling. if no better see doctor in 2 days. ? we are from va. this is fla. 2 days later went to cvs said bite gave antibiotics told to soak in epsom salt 4 times a day. Visit useless money wasted and hand got wore waiting 2 days. You should refund visit cost. freedomusa4u@aol.com

The assessment and wait time were fine. The lack of sending a strep culture in the setting of rapid strep negative result is inappropriate when the clinical symptoms are highly consistent with strep. I requested the culture to be sent. The followup on the culture and institution of antibiotics were the worst part of our experience and led to a 4 day delay in treatment and additional family members getting exposed and developing symptoms which in turn ruined the last week of our vacation.
