Absolute worst service ever. Left waiting over an hr inside the room for testing. The staff forgot they had a patient waiting. Sample was collected and advised that it will take a of Max 3 days until results (Covid) are received. It now has been 11 days and no one has contacted me. I had called a reported the issue but no one has yet to reach out. CoVid testing was needed for traveling purposes. The receptionists are cold and rude from the minute you step in the door. I waited 45-50 minutes after check in to be called in by the nurse, and there were only two other people in the waiting room so not really sure why the wait was so long. The medical staff was all very nice and pleasant, but the receptionists clearly hate their jobs. And the wait time is annoying.

Did not received test results: Missed travel plans due to inefficiency of the facility and poor communication. Collection date was Monday and it is now Friday as of the time of this review and have yet to receive the results - I was advised that at worst it would take 3days. Clearly that a lie. I lost the moneys paid for this testing. It’s absurd. I should be refunded for wasting my time and money. Scheduled for 2:30pm and it took 2.5 hrs for a 15 second job (CoVid testing). We made an appointment which doesn’t make any difference from what the office staff said. If I had known that beforehand I would not have waited 24 hours for the first-available time. After arriving for said appointment I then waited an hour in a waiting room that obviously did not require masks. The doctor was very kind but she didn’t actually fix my reason for being there. The doctors told me nothing other than that I was sick. Only gave me sample packs and sent me on my way

The doctor was rushed, kept asking me if I had a sore throat. I felt as if he wanted to perform a Covid test. He brushed my symptoms off, didn’t even know what my blood pressure was. Referred me to my primary physician and said it was anxiety. Did not give me any information on what to do for the anxiety. I have had great care before but not this time.

My two daughters and I were scheduled in the last three appointments for a Covid test. The woman at check in just laid our paperwork down and forgot about us. In the meantime they took two walk ins. I finally asked and she played dumb. Shortly after we were called back and given the test. I realized that they had my one daughters incorrect birthday on the specimen label to send to lab corp. I went there to get a rapid Covid test. I was told to wait 20 min in my car after the test for the results. I waited 45 min. then decided to leave, figuring they would call me soon with the results. It took them 3 days to get the results to me. I called a few times only to be told that the doctor had to review the results before they could give them to me. I don't think I should have been charged the extra price for a rapid test.
