At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

I was very disappointed that the asst that took my vitals was not wearing protective gear (no mask and no gloves). He took my blood pressure, Origen level and did a swap test w/o wearing any gear. I didn’t even see him wipe things down or anything. I was seen by a NP and when I called I was told I would see an actual doctor. I also had an appt at 930 and didn’t get to be seen until 1040AM and there was only 2 patients there it wasn’t even busy. Anyway, overall, I was very disappointed.
I tried to log on to the website, and it said I had the wrong username. You all emailed the correct username to me. I tried to log in, and it said the password was incorrect. I tried to get the password reset, and it said the username was incorrect. I was using the name that you all sent to me!
Front desk clerks should more courteous with patients. They definitely need more training. The Nurse practitioner was very kind and helpful.
A rash on the leg occurred the day after taking the antibiotic. A new medication was prescribed and the pharmacist said she had a rash before with that second antibiotic. It took more than two hours waiting to see the nurse who claimed she had a skin rash not related to the antibiotic. The problem lies in the fact that providers do not have history. This is william her son. I put her back on cranberry and yogurt. I am looking to develop a centralized portal that help people maintain historical information. That allow doctor... read more
Have ALL of the symptoms of Covid 19 and was told that I would be tested for it. There's a Fast Track Urgent Care 15 k minutes from my house but they sent me to one that was 35 minutes away so that they could not test me. Then had the nerve to send me to one that was even further from my house to receive basic care. I'm a very unhappy patient.
Took 60 minutes even when arrived at the time of my appointment. Diagnosis was mediocre. Adid not test for bacterial infection and yet antibiotics was prescribed.
I have been coming to this urgent care for 10 years. Unfortunately they are no longer a top notch business. My last 3 visits over the past year, for myself or children, have been disappointing. It always begins with the front reception. Very poor service! The worst!! Very rude. Several of people in my community have said the same thing. Often Crowded, and Wait times are long. Physicians are hit and miss for quality care. Seems to have a large turnover in staff.
Walking in with a very high fever it took a while to be seen by the doctor overall the doctor care was very nice. However the EKG tech made me very uncomfortable. As a female leaving me open and exposed even while going in and out of the room. So much more.. and overall I just had a weird vibe not sure if I go to the urgent care clinic again.
Diagnosed with a viral sinus infection. Followed up with my primary after symptoms did not improve and turns out I have the flu.
