All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. After a number of attempts to try to get a read on important test results no doctor called me back. I was told the results were in and someone would get back to me The woman who took the message however was so rude that she hung up on me She emphasized with great annoyance that the doctors we’re too busy with patients I was told to report would be called into me three days ago I still don’t know the results
Test results took four days longer than I was told. When I called and found out that the results finally came in no one was available to read the results to me When I called again to ask when I should expect a phone call the receptionist was frustrated and wound up hanging up on me.

Staff work tooooo slow I was there for school physical since 12:30 until 4:10
I was able to make a same day appointment, get tested for the flu, and had a prescription sent to my pharmacy all with an hour.
The receptionist did not use discretion during checkout. Had someone on the phone and did not place them on hold while asking me what I was seen for
Called back to say that the pain reliever wasnt working. They said that was all that they could do and that if I was in pain to go to the ER and get a injection! I spoke to 2 other doctors and told them what was given to me, they were not surprised that it hadnt worked. I've lived within a mile of this office have taken my entire family there off and on for over the past 10years. Consider this my last time
They misdiagnosed my strep throat and caused me to end up in the ER
