All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. Medication is not cure and really struggling. Doctor was really not even looking at the issue.
Well, I got there early enough (around 430) so I can be seen and get medicine knowing my pharmacist is only open till 7pm. They didn’t call for me until 625ish. The dr seemed not in the best mood. Never in the times I have been there or taken my kids there had I ever waited more than 20 mins to be seen. Yes, I understand that you clean the rooms before each patient, but 2 hours??? Needless to say, I ended up getting my meds the following day. I may start going to another walk-in clinic. This was very disappointing visit.
I think I answered this on my cell phone. Ankle pain is reduced 95% since taking the prescribed meds.
After waiting 2 hours, l finally got in. The doctor was very unconcerned. I had not slept in 2 days, because of my problem. Check my medical records that you have. Very disappointed with the service.
Just did. Why two request?
Waited half hour. Front desk not helpful. We all know they cannot be precise, but they say best guess is 25-35 minutes for example. Will try Advent next time.
I felt like a number. Doctor and nurse were in and out and I didn’t feel as if I received any care or concern. Just asked a bunch of questions then left. Nurse was cold and didn’t make me feel comfortable. Doctor also never came back after tests. I was just given a bunch of papers by the nurse and told I need to see a specialist. Then I sat in the room for about 20 min thinking the doctor would be back and had to call the nurses station to find out I could leave.
Your office indicates that you have a mask policy. Of the 6 employees I encountered, only THREE wore masks. One of the employees entered my exam room to obtain authorization for a procedure without any type of face covering. The same person also handed me my DVD without face covering. Both of these interactions were well within 6 feet. There was also a patient who entered, checked in and sat down to wait without a mask. I didn’t had fever when I have visited the clinic, even during the initial screening also they didn’t mention anything about fever.. to my surprise on the paper work it was mentioned that I have fever of 99.1F.
