I needed to know if I had a fracture, an x-ray was taken and I was deemed ‘unbroken’. I received a call yesterday from the clinic verifying this information per the radiologist report.
Really poor follow up, could not get the xray report timely. Waited 2 days and then went to an ortho who quickly saw a fracture.so we went for two days with an untreated fracture, waiting for you guys to respond. Also the receptionist, S heldon 8am today was snotty and basically hung up on me.
My ID was given to another patient by mistake and he drove away with it. I had to wait 30 minutes before he came back with my drivers license.
Came for a physical for work, seen by Dr. Moussa. Told me he "didn't do physicals bc he has never seen me before, doesn't know me, gave me a lecture on US healthcare system. And it got worse from there. Even tho he did the physical, he guaranteed me he wouldn't do my next one. I guarantee i won't be seeing him again either! He was a total jerk, made me like i was crap, and i was so angry when i left! Sad part is I've been using your facility for over 3 years and have ALWAYS had EXCELLENT and such COMPASSIONATE care!!!!
I was the doctor he just wrote the prescription wich i bought fron hen i told hen what i had he barely loock i will never go back

I went there to find out specifically if I had pneumonia. I had a persistent cold for 2 weeks and occasionally coughed up blood. I wanted to rule out pneumonia. The PA who treated me listened to my lungs and she said I did have some wheezing. So she prescribed Amoxicillin 875mg. I took it for 5 days and I did feel much better but I was still coughing up blood. So I went to the hospital emergency room and they did a chest X-ray and confirmed that I had pneumonia. The doctor did not listen to my needs/symptoms. Took the easy way out and said it was my sugar. It was a waste of my money and time. I ended up being hospitalized. Thanks a lot.
The doctor was very nice and prescribed antibiotics for my daughters ear infection....however they said they called it in as i was checking out...i took my time and picked up some dinner so they would have time to fill it. I went to tge pharmacy 45 minutes later expecting it to be ready!! BUT they said they had nothing called in for me.? So I called the Doctors office and they said they couldnt find my daughters name as being seen??
