All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

I had a 5:15 appointment but wasn’t escorted to a room until 40 minutes later.
I paid $150.00 for a covid test and they didn’t give it to me. What a waste of time and paper work and time spent. I went to another location and got it done in 15 minutes with negative results. What you can do for me to make this better is to give me back my innocent $150.00 Thank you.
I needed to see my primary care doctor after a few days because the doctor did not prescribe any medications for my symptoms and I needed antibiotics. The doctor kept attributing my symptoms to asthma and I did not appreciate how he handled the overall appointment. I have had asthma my entire life and would not see an urgent care if it were just a flare up (I do have a routine for when that does rarely happens, and I see my primary care doctor every 3 months for follow up). waited three hours to be seen, but there was only one physician there (not too fast for a place called fast track).....from the moment I was seen things got better
They didn’t understand my husband’s needs he has dementia and need someone with him, Not only to explain the problem but you also explain it to him
Rude workers and took forever.
I waited over hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time. My appointment was @11am; I have arrived at 10:45 to complete all necessary paper. However, I wasn't seen till nearly 12:45. I almost walked out. The only reason I came in was for covid testing. Very disappointed. Not sure I would come here if I head real emergency or illness.
I could only guess at my problem. Wed i worked in my yard late afternoon. Just as i was ready to quit my forehead and top right side of my head felt very cold. Yes, odd but i kept going, gathered my tools and stuff and went inside. Took a shower and noticed my forehead looked blotchy red and swollen. Nothing hurt. Fri and Saturday it was about the same.
