At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

Everyone was friendly and kind...but I didn’t get much resolution...Nd basically have to deal with being sick because I’m pregnant. Instead of properly researching to see if I could take any cough suppressant I was told I basically just have to deal with being sick. So I’m still miserable with no resolution. Thank god I have insurance because I would hate to pay 100 dollars for them to tell me they can’t do anything and I should drink tea with honey. Very disappointed.
What I went in for didn’t get fixed. The MA rolled my vein while drawing blood and said it was because of old skin. The radiologist tech tried to bend my legs after I just finished telling her I was having back surgery in two days because of a herniated disc. NO EMPATHY
I am not a person who runs to the doctor for every little illness....in fact, I hadn’t been to s doctor for several years other than well checkups, except for diagnosed influenza A. Go home, use a netipot and take two aspirin.” This despite the fact that I’d been quit... read more
They were not familiar with the process of on-boarding with my employer. They asked me for co-pays etc. I was disappointed to say the least.
Literally saw the provider less than 5 mins. Did not get chance to explain my full symptoms....75$ later walked out addressing nothing. Very disappointed with overall experience... will not be back!
We have been going to the Fast Track location for many years and have always been very pleased with the level of service, kindness and compassion showed by the staff. Unfortunately, that changed after our daughter was seen by Dr. Cale. Our daughter has special needs, and while that has never been an issue in the past and has been treated with dignity and respect, Dr. Cale showed none of that. After completing her exam with lots of smiles, she became upset when he asked her to open for mouth. She was crying and very upset. ... read more
Took forever just to have me pee in a cup and send me on my way. Waited over an hour to have two minutes with the provider
They charged me $75 to tell me to go somewhere else.
You did fine but we weren't treated because the doctor said we needed a ct scan but you don't have that machine.
